We are a five-pitch family business, and we treat your details the way we'd want ours treated.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or register interest in a park home, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, the dates and unit you tell us about, and anything you write in the message box. Our website host also keeps standard server logs, which include visitors' IP addresses, for security.
Why we hold it, and for how long
We use your details to answer your enquiry and, if you stay with us, to manage your booking. We don't sell or share your details with anyone for their own purposes, and we don't run mailing lists or send offers.
The one email we send after a stay is a thank-you on the day you leave, which asks whether you'd like to leave a Google review. Reply with "no thanks" and we won't email you again. You can also ask us to stop at any time by phone.
We keep enquiries that don't lead to a stay for up to a year, and booking records for as long as our tax obligations require. Park home interest details are kept until you tell us to remove them.
Who can see it
Your details are seen by the family who run the park. They are stored in the systems that run this website, our bookings and our email, which act as our processors under contract. Your email address is passed to our email provider only to deliver the message.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies at all, and carries no advertising or tracking scripts. The typefaces are served from this website rather than from a font service, so your visit isn't reported to anyone.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to the site. It sets no cookies, does not follow you between websites, and collects no information that identifies you. We see how many people visited a page, roughly where in the world they were, and which site sent them.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@danerymeadowpark.co.uk or call 01746 766513 and we'll deal with it.
If you think we've handled your details badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
